01Does Bangkok Spa Guide take bookings?
No. We help you research and compare venues, then link you to the spa or its booking provider. Your booking and payment relationship is with that third party.
02How do you choose which spas appear?
We look for Bangkok venues with enough reliable information to help a visitor make a decision. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and an eligible standard listing does not require payment.
03What does “official source reviewed” mean?
It means core details were checked against the venue’s own current materials. It does not mean our team visited the venue. We label first-hand visits and direct venue confirmation separately.
04Are prices and opening hours guaranteed?
No. These details can change without notice. We show sources and review dates where possible, but you should confirm current prices, availability, and policies directly with the venue.
05Do you receive commission from spas?
The directory may contain clearly labeled paid placements or tracked outbound links. Commercial relationships do not purchase a rating, factual claim, or editorial conclusion.
06Can a spa pay to remove criticism or rank higher?
No. Payment cannot remove material criticism, alter a factual record, or buy an undisclosed editorial ranking. Sponsored visibility must be clearly labeled.
07How can I report incorrect information?
Use the contact form and choose “Listing correction.” Include the venue name, what changed, and an official public source if one is available.
08Can spa owners update or claim a listing?
Yes. Contact us with your role, the venue name, and evidence that you are authorized to provide updates. We review changes against our evidence standards.
09Is the wellness information medical advice?
No. Our content is general information only. Ask a qualified healthcare professional whether a treatment is suitable if you are pregnant, injured, unwell, taking medication, or otherwise uncertain.
