Editorial standards

Code of ethics

Trust depends on consistent behavior. These principles guide our research, presentation, corrections, and commercial decisions.

01

Accuracy before speed

We distinguish verified facts from estimates, opinions, and information awaiting confirmation. Volatile details receive dates and source context where practical.

02

Evidence stays visible

Official-source review, direct venue confirmation, and a first-hand editorial visit are different forms of evidence. We do not blur them together.

03

Commercial clarity

Advertising, featured placement, complimentary treatment, affiliate tracking, and other material relationships must be disclosed clearly and close to the relevant content.

04

Editorial judgment is not for sale

Payment cannot buy a rating or verdict, suppress material criticism, or change a factual conclusion. Standard-listing eligibility does not depend on payment.

05

Fair corrections

We welcome specific, evidenced corrections from readers and venues. We review them promptly, update accepted errors, and do not charge for factual corrections.

06

Respect and safety

We describe venues, workers, and guests respectfully, avoid exploitative framing, and do not present general wellness content as medical advice.

07

Privacy and restraint

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the guide, answer enquiries, measure use, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information.

08

Accountability

Ulalia Co., Ltd. is responsible for the guide. Questions, corrections, conflicts, and ethical concerns can be raised directly through our contact page.
